Refund & Cancellation Policy

Updated on Nov 28, 2025

YUBHA provides online education services including CMT exam preparation courses, digital learning materials, and mock examinations. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be issued.
Accessing or purchasing any product from YUBHA indicates your acceptance of this policy.

1. Digital Goods – No Refund After Access

All courses and products are delivered digitally.
Once a student has logged into the course platform or accessed any digital content:
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
This prevents misuse, unauthorized consumption, and content duplication.

2. Refund Before Course Activation

If a student has paid but course access is not activated within 24 hours of payment:

  • They may request a 95% refund (after payment gateway deduction).

No refund will be provided if access has already been enabled.

3. CheckPoint, Mock Tests & Digital Notes

Mock tests, chapter-wise tests, digital notes, audio notes, and similar resources are treated as non-refundable digital goods.
No refund will be granted once these products are activated or delivered.

4. Installment / EMI Plans

For EMI or installment-based enrollments:

  • After course activation, the enrollment becomes non-cancellable
  • Pending installments must be completed as per agreed terms

5. Course Validity Extensions

Course validity extensions, reactivation fees, and related service charges are non-refundable once processed.

6. Batch Deferral & Course Validity

Each enrollment comes with a course validity of 1 year from the date of activation or until the student clears the enrolled CMT Level — whichever occurs earlier.
Students may request to shift to a future batch only under the following terms:

1. Deferral within Validity Period

  • One-time deferral is permitted within the active validity period
  • Subject to management approval
  • No additional deferral fees if within validity

2. Deferral After Validity Expiry
If the student defers the exam due to any reason or does not pass during the validity period and seeks to continue:

  • A 50% product fee is applicable for reactivation and batch shifting
  • Subject to management approval and current batch availability
  • Validity restarts based on new activation date

Deferral requests are not guaranteed and may be declined if:

  • Course structure has changed
  • Seats are limited
  • Administrative misuse is suspected

Once deferred, the enrollment becomes non-refundable.

7. Duplicate / Failed Transactions

If a payment is deducted due to:

  • Duplicate charge
  • Failed/declined attempt with successful debit

→ Refund will be issued within 5–7 working days after bank/payment gateway verification.

8. Misconduct, Abuse & Disciplinary Action

YUBHA is committed to maintaining a professional, safe, and respectful learning environment for all students. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of access to all products without refund:
